At Hope Community Preschool, we believe wholeheartedly that children learn best through hands on experiences. Our preschool classrooms are of mixed ages, welcoming all children between
2- 4 years of age. We believe that children at various stages of development can learn from each other and with each other. Learning takes place in a collaborative and non-competitive atmosphere, where everyone can develop at their own pace. The indoor and outdoor classrooms were created to meet the needs of students and contain a vast variety of materials that foster continued socio-emotional and cognitive learning. In addition, we utilize thematic units and handwriting without tears curriculum.
Did you know that 77% of families who participate in family education improve their parenting skills and capacity? For a nominal fee, we offer 4–6-week classes to equip you with parenting skills.Please contact the center for more information.
As a homeschool mom myself of 20 years, I am proud to offer numerous options for homeschool families. Due to curriculum and schedules being fluid in nature, please call for additional information.
Option One:
Education pods - kindergarten through fourth grade classes with a certified public school teacher.
Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
Option Two:
Homeschool enrichment classes held every Tuesday throughout the school year. Subjects will rotate every six weeks.
Option Three:
Homeschool drop in care :
this is offered for ages 2 to 7 years of age for a discounted rate of $25 a morning from 8:30 to 12 noon. Children are required to be potty trained for this service.
At Hope Community Center one of the many services we offer is individual and group behavior coaching. We recognize that each child is different with their own unique strengths and struggles. We take pride creating a treatment plan to taylor individual needs. In addition we offer parenting classes to work alongside of the parents as well as help implement tools to help you get through different stages of development and challenges. I have worked with children and families for over 34 years and hold a B.A. in early childhood and family psychology, as well as being a registered behavior technician and a certified behavior coach. We are excited to have partner with the non profit Map Global which is a worldwide organization in order for people to have the freedom to give what they can afford.
